Tango 3:2 Men Surf Wetsuit

£ 279.00

The Tango 3:2, made with 100% Yamamoto neoprene, offers the highest elasticity and Thermal Confort of its thickness category, thanks to its internally sealed seams. Its front zip construction with a YKK zipper creates the best seal in the neck area without sacrificing freedom of movement in the shoulder area. Yamamoto 40 neoprene, exclusive to the high-end range, is also incorporated into the shoulders and back for greater paddling mobility. Finally, the combination of Yamamoto 3 mm neoprene and the Power Fit inner lining creates an ideal fit in the torso area, for added comfort as you enjoy the waves.

Superior elasticity

The use of Yamamoto neoprene, the GBS seams, its front zip construction and the advanced pattern construction all provide you with the needed elasticity to be able to paddle for hours. Technologies such as DS 40+ are also incorporated in the shoulders and back which allow you to move without restrictions.

Perfect fit

The suit's perfect fit in the chest and back is achieved thanks to the use of DS40PF technology, which includes a compressive inner lining. This lining and the Smoothskin finish on the wrists and neck prevent the ingress of water and the formation of air pockets in the wetsuit.

Thermal confort

The use of GBS seams covered by inner taping give the Tango 3:2 suit a high level of thermal comfort within its thickness category, preventing the loss of body heat and allowing you to surf for longer.

Durability

The DuraSkin outer fabric, which is highly resistant to abrasion, ensures the durability of your suit, despite the many hours you spend on your surfboard. The inner taping also reinforces the seams and the Shield + panels cover and protect the knee area so that you can enjoy your wetsuit for a longer time.

Composition:

Neoprene : 90 %, Polyamide (Nylon) : 10 %

Cleaning

Neoprene can be damaged by excess salt or other chemicals such as chlorine if used in swimming pools. We recommend washing your wetsuit with plenty of water after each use. A small amount of neutral pH soap can be used and then rinsed out afterwards.

Once clean, make sure prevent it from holding onto too much moisture. Air dry it outside or in a ventilated indoor space, somewhere without direct exposure to sunlight as this can damage the materials.

Storage

Storing your wetsuit properly keeps the materials and seams from creasing and being stretched for long periods of time. It also prevents the material from wrinkling, which can affect both the wetsuit's durability and appearance.

The best way to store a wetsuit is to hang it draped over a hanger from its waist, so that the most delicate areas such as the shoulders and arms do not have any kind of tension on them.

For wetsuits with very flexible shoulders (Apex Flex or Apex Flow), it is important not to place them on a hanger from the shoulder area, as this will degrade the elasticity over time. For the rest of the models, a wide hanger can be used, as long as the wetsuit is not strained in the shoulder or neck area.

Recommendations for use

1) If your suit has Velcro, avoid contact between the Velcro and the inner lining of the wetsuit, as it will damage the fibers in the material. Keep the Velcro covered with the provided fabric patch or make sure that the Velcro is closed, so that the rough part of the Velcro does not damage the inside of your suit.

2) For all suits, especially those made with neoprene, be careful not to damage the neoprene material with your nails when putting on or taking off the suit, as this type of damage is not covered by our warranty policy.

3) Triathlon and open water suits have been designed specifically for swimming. We cannot guarantee correct functioning of the wetsuits for other activities. Any damage to the wetsuit resulting from use in activities other than swimming is not covered by our warranty policy.

4) Avoid leaning on or coming into contact with any surfaces (especially rough ones) while wearing your wetsuit.

Orca's most advanced technologies are used in the design of the TANGO 3/2 to provide maximum elasticity throughout the body, especially in the shoulders, arms and backs. This way, you can enjoy the waves and move freely without feeling restricted by a wetsuit.

DS 40+

DS 40+

DuraSkin 40 + (DS 40+) technology combines high-stretch Yamamoto 40 neoprene, Duraskin outer fabric, and Infinity Skin 2 inner lining. The outer Duraskin fabric offers great insulation due to its fast-drying properties, and it is very resistant to abrasion from equipment, such as your surfboard. The Infinity Skin 2 inner lining contains bamboo fibers that provide added flexibility for surfing while reducing odors and resisting bacteria. This combination also results in maximum flexibility to the shoulders of Orca surf wetsuits, which require 60% less force to stretch than conventional neoprene, and in a more durable wetsuit than traditional neoprene.

With the Tango surf wetsuit 3/2, you will be able to surf the waves for longer without worrying about the cold. The use of specific technologies creates an optimal wetsuit seal, preventing the entry of water and increasing thermal insulation, allowing you to surf much more comfortably

GBS

GBS (Glued Blind Stitch) sealed seams prevent water from entering the wetsuit. <br> The glue that joins the panels makes them completely watertight, keeping the maximum elasticity properties.

HYDROLITE

HYDROLITE

Hydrolite technology makes the wetsuit easier to remove during transitions. Its compressive properties also improve the wetsuits&#39;s seal in areas where water may be able to enter, such as in the arms, legs and neck, improving the wetsuit&#39;s overall thermal insulation.

SEAL

SEAL

A combination of different technologies prevents water from entering the wetsuit, improving thermal insulation and comfort for surfing. The neoprene panels are sewn together and reinforced with adhesive and inner taping in order to seal the seams. Smoothskin technology is also used in the neck and forearms, which clings to the skin, sealing the wetsuit completely.

USC

USC

Laser cutting in the neck area combined with the Hydrolite inner lining allows the wetsuit to seal to the body and prevents chafing. This combination and seal prevent water from flowing inside the suit, improving both thermal insulation and hydrodynamics for the swimmer.

YKK8

YKK8

8mm YKK zippers are high-performance and high-durability components. The durability of the zipper will help your suit last for a long service life, as well as prevent water from getting into the wetsuit during your surfing sessions.

The TANGO 3/2 is designed to be worn for a long time without concern for wear and tear. The use of materials that are highly resistant to abrasion guarantees the durability of the wetsuit, despite the many hours you may spend on your surfboard.

SHIELD+

SHIELD+

Shield+ technology reinforces the knee area of the wetsuit to prevent wear from surfboards or sand. It combines abrasion and shock-resistant fabric with high-elasticity neoprene, allowing for greater freedom of movement for getting up on your board.

A perfect-fitting wetsuit is key to being able to surf comfortably and move freely. The TANGO 3/2 has the right technologies for unrestricted swimming and to prevent water entry and the formation of pockets inside the suit.

DS 39PF

DS 39PF

DuraSkin 39 PF (DS 39 PF) technology combines high-stretch Yamamoto 39 neoprene, Duraskin outer fabric, and Power Fit inner lining. The outer Duraskin fabric offers great insulation due to its fast-drying properties, and it is very resistant to abrasion from equipment, such as your surfboard. The Power Fit inner lining provides comfort, compression, and a perfect fit in the back and chest, preventing the flow of water inside the wetsuit. This combination makes the wetsuit flexible, adapting to the body like a second skin for a perfect fit

How to measure yourself

For best results, take your measurements with no clothing on

Place the measuring tape over the widest part of your chest.

Hold one end of the measuring tape in place and circle your chest, keeping the tape straight, until the tape reaches your starting point.

Get a book, a hand mirror and a pencil.

Take off your shoes and anything you wear on your head.

Look for a level surface to stand on with a smooth wall behind you.

Stand in front of the wall with your feet together.

Balance the book on your head and press it against the wall. Use the mirror to check that it is in a horizontal position and well centered. Mark the position of the top of your head on the wall with pencil.

Once the mark is made, step away and use a measuring tape to measure the distance from the ground to the mark you just made with pencil.

Step on the scale, without clothes or accessories, and write down your weight.
