Everything that can fit in a backpack

A guide for choosing the backpack that best suits your needs: whether for your travels, your day to day, your training or your competitions.

Preparing your backpack for training or competition isn’t the same as preparing it for your day to day. Your equipment changes - your needs too - and what you look for from one moment to the next is different: sometimes you’ll need more space for a trip or race, other times you’ll want to prioritise speed and organisation to save time making decisions, and often all you’ll need is a practical backpack for training or taking to work.

Taking this into account, we’ve developed a range of backpacks designed to adapt to every situation, with more technical options such as the Transition Bag and the Transition Backpack, to more versatile models such as the Training Backpack, the Casual Backpack and the Tote Bag. They are each designed for a specific use, but all share the aim of helping you stay organised and take everything you need with you in comfort.

The Tote Bag, a functional choice, both comfortable and easily adapted to any situation, is a very practical option for your day to day, allowing you to take everything with you while prioritising organisation and comfort. It offers various padded pockets, allowing you to store up to a 15 inch laptop, tablet and bottle separately, each one designed for their defined purpose. In addition, the bag includes an easily accessible outer zip pocket, ideal for storing your phone, keys or headphones. The bag’s main compartment is spacious and versatile, where you can comfortably store larger objects.

The ideal backpack for your day to day is the Casual Backpack, with its comfortable and functional design that can be easily adapted to your routine. Its padded lower back support also allows you to wear it for hours on end, owing to its comfortable design.

It offers several spacious compartments for organising all your things, from up to a 15 inch laptop to a tablet, books or a diary. The central compartment is big enough for you to take your lunch to work with you, or a change of clothes for the gym, while the front compartment incorporates an extra pocket for smaller objects such as sunglasses or a wallet. It also has a handy side pocket to store your water bottle and a separate toiletry bag to organise your more intimate accessories.

On top of this, thanks to its luggage sleeve, you can easily attach it to a suitcase, making it very practical for travelling, and of course it adheres to the underseat cabin bag dimensions.

What about a backpack for training sessions? The Training Backpack is designed for just that, with enough space for you to organise all your equipment with minimum effort. Its 30 litre capacity allows you to store larger objects, such as swim fins and paddles, to the most basic items, saving you the hassle of carrying extra bags. It also includes a separate 10 litre capacity watertight bag, ideal for storing wet clothes and material after training, ensuring the rest of your equipment stays dry.

The backpack opens with a U-shape zipper, allowing easy access and enabling you to locate and organise everything at a glance. As well as this, it incorporates different inner and outer pockets designed to separate smaller objects such as a phone or keys from other larger objects, including a toiletry bag or training equipment.

The bag’s outer fabric is waterproof, protecting its contents on rainy days, and the back design is highly breathable, making it comfortable even when worn for longer periods.

For longer training days, such as transition days, trips or races, being able to store and organise all your things in just one backpack makes a big difference.

The Transition Backpack is an adjustable backpack that easily adapts to what you need at any given moment, allowing you to increase its capacity by 5 litres. This makes it a very versatile option for both training sessions and competitions.

Its flat base means it can be stood upright, which is especially useful in transition zones or changing rooms. In terms of organisation, it includes a specific compartment for your helmet and a separate bottom compartment, ideal for storing your wetsuit, trisuit or wet clothing, ensuring the rest of your things stay dry.

On top of this, the back design is highly breathable, making it comfortable to be worn even before or after training or competition - all in all, a practical and well-thought out option to use for any race.

However, if you prioritise organisation and keeping things separate, the Transition Bag allows you to store everything you need hassle-free, especially during competitions when having quick access to your equipment completely transforms your experience of the day.

This backpack includes a top padded pocket for your helmet, a spacious, main compartment, and another separate watertight compartment where you can store your wetsuit, trisuit and wet clothing, ensuring the rest of your things stay dry. In addition, the backpack includes a side pocket for your bike bottle and a special pocket for your glasses and personal objects, as well as a separate compartment for your cycling and running shoes, ultimately helping you keep everything separate and organised. Not forgetting those extra pockets to store your race gels, bib - and whatever else you may need.

How to measure yourself

For best results, take your measurements with no clothing on

Place the measuring tape over the widest part of your chest.

Hold one end of the measuring tape in place and circle your chest, keeping the tape straight, until the tape reaches your starting point.

Get a book, a hand mirror and a pencil.

Take off your shoes and anything you wear on your head.

Look for a level surface to stand on with a smooth wall behind you.

Stand in front of the wall with your feet together.

Balance the book on your head and press it against the wall. Use the mirror to check that it is in a horizontal position and well centered. Mark the position of the top of your head on the wall with pencil.

Once the mark is made, step away and use a measuring tape to measure the distance from the ground to the mark you just made with pencil.

Step on the scale, without clothes or accessories, and write down your weight.
