How to do weight lifting without injuring yourself

1. Warm Up - particularly if you aren't used to lifting heavy weights - this is key!
2. Use correct technique - ask someone at the gym to check your posture when lifting to ensure you're doing it right
3. Use quick explosive movement to challenge the muscle and stimulate the nerve to prevent injury
