Warranty, Returns, Repairs

Australia - there are no returns or refunds on clearance items on the Australian region of the website, so please chose carefully.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Orca we stand behind our materials and manufacturing and offer a one year warranty on all products for issues relating to manufacturing faults. We commit to repair or replace any item that fails within our warranty period.

Please take care of your Orca garments, follow wash instructions and take all reasonable precautions to maintain the quality of the garment. Exposure to the elements such as extreme heat, chlorine, prolonged use without washing, or using a harsh or abrasive substance can jeopardize the quality of the Orca product. This may cause the warranty to be void.

In the event that you want to make a warranty claim, in the first instance please return the product to the place of purchase, along with your proof of purchase. The retailer will liaise with the local distributor to assess the issue and determine if the warranty applies.

They will then work with the local distributor to repair or replace the product.  If you are unsure of your warranty rights or have any questions relating to Orca product warranty, please contact us at info@orca.com.

WETSUIT WARRANTY REGISTRATION

To register your wetsuit warranty information with Orca, please complete this e-mail template. We will keep your record on file and in the event that you need to make a warranty claim please contact us for further assistance.

RETURNS

Orca products can be returned and exchanged for another item which is more suited to your requirements within 14 days of purchase. Orca products must be in a resaleable condition, with all original packaging, and tickets attached, you will also need to provide a proof of purchase.

WETSUIT REPAIRERS

If your wetsuit is out of warranty, or has damaged that was not due to faulty workmanship, you may still be able to repair your wetsuit. Please find below a list of wetsuits repairers* that Orca has dealt with in the past.
