Orca’s RS1 badge is applied to products that utilize the latest in race science materials and construction techniques. The all new RS1 Enduro Race Suit is Orca’s most advanced endurance distance one piece race suit, and benefits from the revolutionary new DermaKinetic System – enhancing power output, increasing speed and reducing fatigue.
The DermaKinetic System comprises Orca’s new DermaKinetic Skn – a lightweight, highly breathable material, which has superior hydrophobic qualities thanks to the technical Cire heat treatment that creates a low drag outer surface. The DermaKinetic Skn is then supported by ergonomically shaped thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) bands that have high elasticity and power recovery properties. The bands are positioned across the front chest, shoulders and lower back to aid posture, through the hip area to aid stability, and wrap around the thigh and buttock region for active compression and to support muscles. The result is a construction that enables you to race faster, longer through the swim, bike and run.
Panels of Tri-Enduro mesh are used on the underarms and shoulders to provide the additional breathability required for longer distance racing. Other endurance racing specific features include the new perforated 4mm chamois, HydroSeal leg hems with silicone gripper dots, reflective graphics, a front control zip and front chest and lower back nutrition/storage pockets.
The RS1 Enduro can be worn by itself or in conjunction with an RS1 Killa Swimskn in non wetsuit races.
