- Training Session: Short brick session (90-120min ride with 45min run), usually feel really good on the run
- Hardest Training Session: 6hr ride with 3*50min efforts at increasing power. Was a really windy day and over some big hills on my own. Very intense session but very satisfying when finished
Person you admire the most: I admire anyone who gets out there and achieves their goals.
Person who influenced you with Triathlon: My coach Kevin Nicholson He originally suggested Ironman for me and has been a great mentor/friend/coach and training partner.
Why do you Triathlon? I love the combination of the three disciplines makes training fun and varied.
